Recycled Greyboard Sheets (1000 and 1500 micron, A5 to SRA1)

Greyboard is a strong, rigid board made from 100% recycled material, widely used for model making, mounting artwork, bookbinding, packaging, presentations and craft projects. Unlike card, greyboard has enough rigidity to provide structure and support, while still being straightforward to cut and work with using suitable craft tools. Our greyboard is grey on both sides, giving you the same practical, neutral finish whichever way the board is used.

We stock greyboard in two thicknesses: 1000 micron, approximately 1mm thick, and 1500 micron, approximately 1.5mm thick. We do not currently stock 2mm or 3mm greyboard. The 1000 micron board is the better choice where you want strength without too much bulk. It is easier to cut and works particularly well for smaller models, craft projects, backing artwork and lightweight packaging. Choose from our A5 1000 micron greyboard, A4 1000 micron greyboard and A3 1000 micron greyboard.

For projects that need greater rigidity, our 1500 micron greyboard is approximately 1.5mm thick and provides a firmer, sturdier base. A4 1500 micron greyboard is useful for bookbinding, small presentation boards, models and backing prints, while A3 1500 micron greyboard gives you more working space for portfolios, larger models and display work.

For bigger projects, A2 1500 micron greyboard is well suited to larger model bases, school displays, mounting and presentation work. Our largest option, SRA1 1500 micron greyboard, is ideal when you need a substantial sheet for large-format models, displays, protective backing or packaging.

Whichever size you choose, recycled greyboard is a practical choice when you need a strong, versatile board with a simple natural grey finish.
