We strive to eliminate plastic from our packaging wherever possible. In most cases, your order will arrive entirely plastic-free. On rare occasions, you may find your items wrapped in a biodegradable film. Why? Because the unpredictable British weather and the wear and tear of courier services can sometimes pose a risk to unprotected paper. Our biodegradable film offers an eco-conscious solution — giving your products the protection they need without compromising our environmental values.

We do our best to reuse cardboard boxes and other packaging materials we have to hand. Giving these items a second life helps reduce waste and is a simple but effective way to minimise our carbon footprint.

For secure and stylish packaging, we also use:

1. Recycled greyboard card envelopes, ideal for keeping our paper and card products flat and undamaged during transit.
2. Recycled brown Kraft paper, which adds an extra protective layer without adding to landfill.
3. Gummed brown paper tape — plastic-free and fully recyclable, it’s the final touch that keeps everything sealed safely.

This means that every part of your delivery — from the wrapping to the tape — is recyclable or compostable. You can dispose of it responsibly, knowing that it won’t harm the planet.
