Delivery

Our products are 100% recycled, and we want to follow through with our packaging too.

You won't find our paper surrounded by plastic.

We reuse all the packaging and cardboard we can, so your products may arrive in a variety of packaging.

Where we can't reuse a box, we have recycled greyboard envelopes that fit our paper and card.

To keep everything safe and shipshape, we use brown paper tape that can be widely recycled.

All of our products include free standard UK delivery.

We aim to despatch all orders by the day after we receive the order. We always strive to be quicker, but sometimes things get in the way — we're looking at you, COVID!

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email confirming despatch, along with a tracking number so you can follow your order's progress.

Most orders should reach you within 3–4 working days.

Express delivery: Need your paper or card quicker? Place an order by 12pm, select express delivery and we will put it on a next-day service for you. In 99% of cases, you will receive it the next day.
